How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I delete an expense after adding it?
Yes, you can edit or delete any expense you created. Group admins can also manage expenses within their groups.
How does the “Settle Up!” calculation work?
Our workflow helps groups understand who owes whom, when a settlement cycle closes, and how to complete repayment with less friction.
What if a group member doesn't have the app?
You can invite them via email or text. They will receive a link to download the app and join your group automatically.
Is my financial data secure?
We use bank-level encryption and protect data in line with our Privacy Policy, including how we handle bank linking and transaction information for money-movement services.
How do I leave a group?
Go to the group settings and select “Leave Group.” Note that you must settle any outstanding balances before leaving.
